We run five service lines from one facility on one delivery schedule. Most venues start with one and add the rest once the routine settles.

Tablecloths, slip cloths, overlays and napkins for covers that turn several times a night. We hold your sizes in stock, so a spill at seven does not cost you the table.

Jackets, trousers, aprons and hats laundered, pressed and returned on your weekly linen route. Sizing recorded per person.

Kitchen Linen and Cloths

Oven cloths, glass cloths, tea towels and roller towels laundered to food-safety temperatures and returned in sealed bags. They are washed on a separate cycle from front-of-house linen.

Square Tablecloth Hire

White squares from 36in up to the full 90in cloth, in Standard polyester or Elite cotton-feel — sized to your tables and delivered straight to restaurants from Bolton to Warrington.

Rectangle Tablecloth Hire

White rectangles at 54in x 70in and 70in x 108in for the bigger tables, Standard or Elite cotton-feel, dropped off on your route day whether you're in Manchester city centre or out in Cheshire.

Round Tablecloth Hire

White rounds from 70in up to 120in for larger covers, in Standard polyester or Elite cotton-feel, laundered at our Golborne plant and delivered ready for the dining room.

Everything is washed on our own site

We do not subcontract to a third-party plant. We control wash temperatures, drying times and the condition of what comes back, and we can tell you where your stock is on any given day. If a wash goes wrong, we fix it ourselves.

A named account manager, not a switchboard

You get one person who knows your site, your covers and your delivery window. When a Friday order needs changing on a Thursday afternoon, you ring them directly rather than explaining your account to whoever picks up.

Rolling contracts, no minimum term.

You are not locked into twelve or twenty-four months. Volumes rise and fall with the season across the North West and your agreement should move with them. If we stop delivering what we promised, you can leave.

The site conversation

You tell us your covers, table sizes, service style and which days are busiest. We work out realistic quantities from that rather than selling you a standard package.

Your stock specification

We confirm item counts, sizes, colours and your collection day in writing before anything is delivered. Nothing is added to your account without you seeing the figure first, so your first invoice matches what you agreed.

First delivery & your route slot

Your opening stock arrives and you are allocated a fixed weekly slot on an existing route. From then on the van comes on the same day, dirty goes out, clean comes in, and the count is reconciled at the door.

Areas We Cover Across Greater Manchester, Cheshire and Lancashire

Our vans run weekly across the North West from a base in the WA3 area. In Greater Manchester we serve city centre restaurants around M1, M3 and M4, along with Salford, Bolton BL1 and Stockport. Read more on our Greater Manchester page.

Restaurants

Table linen that turns over nightly, with enough spare stock to cover a spill on a full Saturday service. We match cloth sizes to your actual tables so the drop looks right rather than approximate.

Bars and Pubs

Glass cloths, bar towels and service cloths in the volumes a wet-led site gets through. Bar and kitchen items stay separate through the wash, so nothing comes back smelling of last night's beer trays.

Commercial Kitchens

Oven cloths, tea towels and aprons laundered at food-safety temperatures and bagged for storage. Production kitchens and central prep units run on the same weekly cycle as restaurant sites, scaled to volume.

Hospitality Venues and Cafes

Cafes, bistros and function rooms with lighter but regular linen needs. You can hold a smaller stock without losing the fixed delivery day, and you are not charged as though you were a hundred-cover restaurant.

Hospitality Laundry Questions We Get Asked Most

WHAT DOES PROLINEN ACTUALLY DO? ProLinen supplies and launders linen for hospitality businesses across the North West of England. That covers restaurant table linen, napkins, kitchen cloths, tea towels and chef workwear. We own the stock, collect it dirty each week, wash it at our own facility and return it clean on a fixed route. You hire rather than buy, with no laundry equipment on your premises.

DO YOU OFFER A COMBINED KITCHEN AND FRONT-OF-HOUSE SERVICE? Yes, and most of our accounts use both. Kitchen items and front-of-house linen travel on the same weekly collection but are washed on separate cycles, at different temperatures, so oven cloths never share a load with tablecloths. You get one delivery day, one account manager and one invoice covering the whole site.

WHICH AREAS OF GREATER MANCHESTER, CHESHIRE AND LANCASHIRE DO YOU DELIVER TO? We run weekly routes through Manchester city centre, Salford, Bolton, Stockport, Warrington, Altrincham, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Chester, Chorley, Burnley and Wigan. Preston is not covered at present. If your venue sits just outside those areas it is still worth asking, because routes are extended as new accounts come on.

CAN I SCALE VOLUME UP OR DOWN DURING BUSY PERIODS? Yes. Tell your account manager before your collection day and we adjust the delivery. December, bank holidays and local event weekends usually mean extra napkins and cloths, and quiet January weeks mean fewer. Because contracts roll rather than lock, your billing follows what you actually use instead of a fixed annual figure.
